Wow! I am lazy!

It's been since 2008! Why haven't I been committed to writing my epic novel? I'm just too fucking lazy!

I did try the NaNoWriMo bit this year, 2011. But, I didn't get far. I would write during my lunch hour and "date stamp" where I left off. Some days I would get a few pages. Others, a few paragraphs. Mostly, nothing.

I think the biggest problem with writing a story of signficant length (more than 20 pages) is the time committment. It's either don't work and only write, or work and write and do nothing else. There's always something else to do and I don't dedicate myself to writing enough.

I've dreamt about "publishing" something. Having a tangible book, or magazine with my name in print. But, I've been too secretive about my ideas, or watched my ideas pop up somewhere else.

I've just got to take a leap of faith, tell my story and hope someone enjoys it.

For the record, my epic story is about time travel.

There, I've said it. Or blogged about it. Put it into the public record for all to see.

So, I'll get back to it. And, I'm going to finish it.
